Yes, we can clean most types of carpet including synthetic, wool and synthetic blends. We use only the highest quality cleaning products and hot steam to get your carpets as clean as possible.

How long does a professional carpet or tile cleaning take?

Because houses vary in size, the time your cleaning will take greatly depends on the size of the job you’re asking us to do. A good estimate for how much time your job will take depends on the square footage. Every 500 SqFt of carpet cleaning takes about one hour. Every 500 SqFt of tile cleaning takes about 2 hours. Having said this, the average “every-day cleaning job” usually takes 1-3 hours.

The cost of your job depends on many factors, but in most cases can be determined by the square footage you want cleaned. Are the products you use safe? For me? Kids? Babies? Pets?

All of the products we use are certified by the State of California as safe to use in your home. That means you, your kids, babies and even pets. Most of the cleaning products are used in the pre-cleaning phase of your job and then hot steam is used to rinse them away leaving your floor 99-100% chemically residue free.

Will my floors be wet after a cleaning? How long?

Yes, you can expect your floors to be wet after a cleaning because we use water (steam) to wash them. But we use hot steam, so the floors dry much faster than older methods or home machines. Tile dries very fast because its a hard floor and does not absorb water. Carpet and rugs take longer to dry because they consist of absorptive materials. But in many cases, carpet is dry within 4 to 8 hours. When you call us to discuss your job, we can give you a ballpark estimate of dry time.

We service parts of both Placer and Nevada Counties in the Sierra Foothills of Northern California. This area varies but is centralized from Nevada City / Grass Valley through Auburn, down to Granite Bay / Loomis, back up to Colfax and beyond. With limited service dates in Truckee and Lake Tahoe.
